Cricket is not just a physical sport that builds strength, co-ordination and agility, but the mental skills of resilience, strategy and prediction are also a huge part of the game! A great game for everyone!

Blaster Questions

Blaster’s training focuses on developing fundamental cricket skills through games, drills, and fun activities. It’s a safe and supportive introduction to cricket for children aged 5-9.

Absolutely! Our U7 and U9 teams step onto the field for Saturday morning T20 cricket, proudly dressed in whites—just like the pros! The games use softer balls to boost confidence and keep things safe, so there’s no need for pads or helmets. Plus, everyone gets to bat and bowl in every match, and if you get out, no worries—you keep batting until your turn is finished!
A great way to learn the skills and love of the game!

NSW Cricket send trained coaches to run our Blasters training programs!
If your child chooses to play the T20 games, then we ask for parent volunteers to be the team Coach and Manager.
